Men's and Women's Tennis Defeated by NC Wesleyan

The Pride men's and women's tennis teams both suffered setbacks to North Carolina Wesleyan on Sunday.  The Greensboro men were defeated 8-1 while the women lost 9-0.

Nicholas Gillespie earned the lone victory of the day on both sides, rallying to beat Clifton Lesak at six singles 4-6, 6-1, 6-0.  Meredith Kelly nearly picked up a set on the women's side, falling to Yvonne Kamegne at one singles 7-6 (4), 6-0.

The Pride men and women are scheduled to host Ferrum on Wednesday at 2 p.m.  The match will take place at Grimsley High School.
