Michelle Lesperance joined the faculty at Greensboro College in 2000. She currently serves as the Program Director, and Assistant Professor for the Athletic Training Education Program. Prior to Greensboro College, she was the Program Director at Newman University.

Lesperance is currently pursuing her doctorate in Exercise and Sport Science at UNCG. She completed her Master of Science degree from Illinois State University, and her undergraduate degree from Binghamton University.

Her research interests include problem based learning, critical thinking skills, and critical thinking disposition among undergraduate AT students. Michelle is a site visitor for the CAATE.

Michelle and her husband Brian are the parents of twins, Kaley and Chase.
