Hanes Gym

Hanes Gym is Greensboro College's home venue for basketball and volleyball. Located on the south side of campus, the 800-seat gymnasium is known for its old style charm and loud ambiance.

The arena has been home to the first GC athletics team--men's basketball--since 1967. When filled to capacity (850), Hanes Gym is truly a special venue. In recent lore, the "Madhouse on McGee Street" was packed for a 2007 men's basketball game vs. Guilford, and an exciting USA South volleyball championship match vs. CNU in 2005.

Hanes Gym is located on the back side of Greensboro College and is easily accessible where McGee Street and Fulton Street meet. There is ample parking behind the gym.
