Hershey, Pa. -- The Greensboro College golf team is tied for sixth after two days of the NCAA Championships. The Pride shot a round two 308 on the more difficult country club course on Wednesday.

The Pride's 609 score after two rounds is 12 strokes behind leader Methodist after Monarchs fired a 290 on the links course.
Other GC scoring on Wednesday:
Josh Nichols (Waxhaw, NC/West Fosyth), 77;
Brock Elder (Greensboro, NC/Vandalia Christian), 78,
Connor Kennedy (Siler City, NC/Jordan Matthews High School), 79, and
Clint Dillon (Madison, NC/Dalton L. McMichael), 88.
"Like most teams, we're happy to get back to the Links course on Thursday," said GC Head Coach Dirk Fennie. "We could've shot better today but are in good position heading to the final two rounds."
