Christian Snider to Join Pride Baseball Team

Providence Grove High School pitcher, Christian Snider, will join the Greensboro College baseball team in the fall of 2012.  From Asheboro, NC, Snider has had a solid career and senior campaign for the Patriots.

Prior to Friday's playoff outing, Snider had posted a senior record of 4-3 with a 2.64 ERA.  In 45 innings of work, he had fanned 46 opposing hitters.  Snider also provides a threat at the plate, leading his squad with a .486 batting average.

Snider and his Providence Grove team entered the contest with a 19-7 record on the season.
