Michael Cobb Named to American Baseball Coaches Association All-Region Team

Greensboro College baseball player Michael Cobb was recently selected to the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) All-Region Team.  Cobb, a pitcher and utility player for The Pride, earned Third Team recognition.

On the mound, Cobb went 4-0 with one complete game in seven total appearances during the regular season.  In 46.2 innings of work, he finished the year with a 1.16 ERA.  As a utility player, Cobb hit .278 with 19 runs, 14 RBI and six stolen bases.

Cobb was named twice to the USA South Honorable Mention All-Conference Team following the season as both a pitcher and utility player.
