Last Season's Meeting: Quarterback Seth Adams ran for two touchdowns and threw for 186 yards as Greensboro defeated Guilford 17-15 in the 14th annual Gate City Soup Bowl.  The Pride defense held the Quakers to 210 yards while racking up 335 yards of offense.  Greensboro dominated time of possession by holding the ball for 38:46 compared to 21:14 for Guilford.  Allen Stallings had seven tackles to lead The Pride defense.  Adams scored Greensboro's final touchdown of the day on a seven-yard run just six seconds into the fourth quarter and Antwan Thorpe added the two point conversion to make the score 17-8.  Thorpe finished the game with five receptions and 177 all purpose yards.  Nick Bryant led the Greensboro rushing attack with 72 yards on 16 carries while Robert Byrd added 47 yards on 11 attempts.
