The Pride place 97 on USA South All-Academic Team

The Pride athletics had another impressive season in 2010-2011, not only on the competitive fields but in the classroom as well.  With the recent release of the USA South Academic All-Conference Team, 97 members of The Pride garnered academic recognition.

Overall, 768 athletes were honored on the Academic All-Conference Team.  To be eligible, a student-athlete must have a GPA above a 3.0 in each of the two semesters of a given year.  Any student-athlete participating in any varsity sport at any Conference institution is eligible.  The sport does not have to be a Conference-sponsored sport.
