Will Thomsen joined The Pride coaching staff in the summer of 2011.  A native of Charlottesville, Virginia, Thomsen played college ball at Radford University. 

He graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Sport and Health.  In addition, Thomsen earned a Master of Science degree in Sports Medicine with a concentration in strength and conditioning from Armstrong Atlantic State University.

His previous coaching experience includes a stint at Radford High School in 2008.  During his tenure at Radford High, the team posted a record of 21-1-0 and won the 1A State Championship in Virginia.
