Women's Golf Adds Tara Smith to 2012 Recruiting Class

Tara Smith recently solidified her intentions of joining the Greensboro College women's golf program.  A native of Kernersville, NC, Smith will look to make an immediate impact as The Pride enter their second season of existence in 2012-13.

Smith led the Glenn High School Bobcat golf team, earning All-Conference recognition as a senior.  She was also named the team's Most Valuable Player.

In addition to her accomplishments on the golf course, Smith was a member of the Bobcat basketball team.  She was honored following her senior campaign as a recipient of the Coach's Award.
