Rob Bickerstaff enters his first season as the Head Women's Lacrosse Coach at Greensboro College.   He spent the previous four seasons with The Pride as an assistant coach under Charlotte Dixon-Graves.

Bickerstaff came to Greensboro from Maitland, Florida, where he was the attack coach at his alma mater, Winter Park High School. In addition, Bickerstaff was a part of the very first youth lacrosse league in Florida.

A graduate of Pfeiffer University, he played attack for the Falcon’s lacrosse team. As a player, Bickerstaff led Pfeiffer in assists every year, and was named Inside Lacrosse’s National Player of the Week for 3/14/2006. He finished his playing career with a 3.0 ppg average.

At GC, Bickerstaff helped the team reach a program record for most wins (14), and goals (284) in one season in 2010.
